Craig Parnaby Craig Parnaby is creating a unique visual iconography of coastal living. His imagery pays homage to the architectural forms and easy going lifestyle of the urban coastal landscape.

His figurative works are developing as sculptural studies of human form. The poses, shadows and spaces around his figures create a three-dimensional illusion of bodies merging with and emerging from the landscape like castles in the sand. His composition is loose but has the balance of a Japanese garden and fits effortlessly together like pieces in a jigsaw. Craig has had eleven solo exhibitions and numerous group shows in Australia and overseas.
