Adrian Lockhart is as impassioned in person as he is with paint. He has quite deliberately created a place for his art with assertive and unique images painted with what seems like little effort. The result of his deliberations and explorations are elegant paintings which are mostly private pursuits.
Lockhart manages to create a unique bond between artist and audience allowing the viewer to become a crucial component in the making of his art.
